How to Take a Pre-Menstrual Health Day

1.  Go easy on yourself.  It's okay to be tired and yes, a little lazy right now.
2.  Dark chocolate
3.  Notting Hill...or maybe The Holiday
4.  Cuddles (from any willing victim)
5.  A hot (or at least warm) bath
6.  Zero guilt about any of the above listed remedies

I could all the above and I never know when I'm premenstral because my cycle is so unpredictable with being 56 years of age; this should be done with by now! I'm unable to sleep tonight because I have a very close friend who is on her death bed in ARIZONA. I am beside myself that I didn't get to see her before she left us for HEAVEN. She's a born-again Christian and had been diagnosed with CANCER of the liver and colon in July 2010! I'll miss my friend, Linda with all my heart. Thanks for your blog.
